:Yes, I'm reasonably comfortable with CSS. I don't see the relevant button in the html or css of the page, nor do I see rules excluding it in the Mediawiki CSS pages. It's typically an administrator action so I didn't really think much of it being missing. Maybe it's a server side exclusion.
