-Hi Ted, this issue with my idea of "Versioning" is that it is a copy of the article page, but done in a SuggestedEdit format.  That wouldn't really work on a talk page, because of all the talking going on.  Anyway it is an idea that is from last month, so old :-) - I will reintroduce it later...
