This is supposedly "Category talk:MediaWiki?" but it doesn't show up that way. The categories with and without the "?" seem to be identical, even in their "What links here", so I suggest that the experts try to delete the one with the "?" or give it a category-redirect. : Deleting one deletes both. Creating a new MediaWiki category also re-creates MediaWiki?. Not sure what else to do here.
