The Open Source Soapmaking MediaWiki is a community-driven compendium of soapmaking knowledge.  Although currently nascent, this project will contain user-contributed recipes, how-to documents, techniques, and resources, with an emphasis on enhancing the content with rich media such as pictures, audio and video, all licensed under Creative Commons.

About OSSW: Currently, this media wiki is run by laughingmonk soap company, which is really not a company but an idea.  Chris Neglia pays for the laughing monk domain and host, but really does web work and dreams about one day actually making money off selling his hobby soap business instead of breaking even with material costs.
