I think I may have made a mistake and thought she edited the Welcome page telling people about herself. I've looked at recent changes again and I think I mixed her edits up with someone else as in fact someone else edited the Welcome Template responsibly just before she edited, sorry. Let's leave her unblocked and see what she does.
