I blocked an unregistered user because the user made unpleasant or harrassing comments about someone else in the deleted article, [[Dave muistaine]]. I don't know if it was friendly teasing or a serious attempt to blacken someone's reputation but I feel the rule should be that when aparently inocent third parties are involved the accused should not get the benifit of any doubt.
