I'd like to suggest adding a couple of categories, specifically Category:Commercial, Category:FOSS and Category:Hosted.
This would allow visitors to see a listing of all free and open-source, or all commercial wikis. The third category would allow a view of all of the hosted wikis, e.g. EditMe, JotSpot, Socialtext, PBWiki etc.
The only downside of this is that all existing wiki topic pages will have to have these categories added, but that could be accomplished over time.
