Two well-meaning people independently created these two pages, both of them pointing to the same URL (and therefore the same wiki).
Redundant.
So I merged all the text onto one page.
I wasn't sure which name was better, so I picked the one with the oldest history on WikiIndex.
Then left the other page as a redirect.
Feel free to move the merged page to the other name if you think it is better.
I'm a little worried that this wiki will be added to WikiIndex a few dozen more times,
because when I search for "GIS" from the WikiIndex search box,
I come up empty, leading to the (false) conclusion that this wiki is not already listed in the WikiIndex.
