Wikia has introduced a new Oasis skin which is widely unpopular with users, see [http://community.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:MarioGalaxy2433g5/To_the_people_complaining_about_the_new_look To the people complaining about the new look]. Those who complain are insultingly called trolls though many are clearly unhappy over the skin and are not trolling.  The new skin will soon become compulsory for all users. It leaves a wide gap on the computer screen of users with wide screens typical of laptops.  Wikia’s unwillingness even to allow users to use alternative skins appears incomprehensible.  Possibly Wikia hopes the gap will make advertisements stand out more and is catering to advertisers rather than users.
