I think that the present guidelines present a problem with naming articles for Wikimedia wikis and any similar wikis. http://wikipedia.org, for example, is just a gateway to wikipedias in over 120 languages. The [[Wikipedia]] article should be a general overview of those Wikipedias. I think there should also be WikiIndex articles on at least the Top 10 or Top 20 Wikipedias.
