Ohhhhh - they look very wrong!! Did these all go wrong after a [[Special:Log/delete|recent deletion]] of a related template? Maybe try undeleting [[Template:Langdemo]]. I looked back through the history of [[Template:Language]] (along with all the related templates), and it is now messed up even when you revert back to before all my edits . . .
