Today (2006-05-22) I tried to edit a couple of articles anonymously, but I always hit this error message:

     Temporary lock to regain abilty to concentrate. <p>(by Juxo at 21:34, 6 Oct 2005)

Then I checked Consumerium's RecentChanges. It appears that the most recent edit by anyone other than Juxo was made on 17 Sep 2005, over 7 months ago.
