List of persons

I removed the list of functionaries, replacing it with links to MediaWiki special pages showing those with major privileges. Some of these have pages here, and the whole issue of WikiIndex biographies is under consideration. For biographies that are acceptable, I would add them to a list of associated "wikipeople," not list them under administration. A wiki owner can and should be shown, whether a person or an organization. --Abd (talk) 02:16, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
