Recent changes URLs

When updating or adding new Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) entries here on WikiIndex, can we please make sure that their relevent recent changes URLs includes the 'show last 500 changes' as a default. We need this, because many WMF wikis have been classified as Vibrant for their wiki status – when they shouldn't – as we have decided that WMF wikis have a more strict criteria for inclusion into the Vibrant category compared to non-WMF wikis.

An example of a correct URL is shown as follows: https://En.Wikibooks.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges?hideminor=1&limit=750. Sean, aka Hoof Hearted • _{Admin / 'Crat} • talk2HH 15:59, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
