Neciclopedie (Unciclopedie Româna) is a Romanian-language version of Uncyclopedia, "the content-free encyclopedia that anyone can edit". The Uncyclopedias are a parody of Wikipedia, though Uncyclopedia claims the reverse (and correctly claims that Wikipedia claims the reverse, and vice versa ad infinitum).
