Dealing with category redirects.
- Category hard redirects to category redirects. (See wp:WP:CATRED for reason. Log)
- Change pages in the sub categories of category:Non-empty soft redirected categories‎ to their target category.
Replace bare URL of uploaded logo to wikilink of logo.
