You can create your own web page on Wikinote.
Someone changed this to "Public Edit" but I'm not sure what that means. The sandbox does appear to be OpenEdit, but none of the others pages are, as far as I can tell. TedErnst | talk 11:52, 30 August 2006 (EDT)
