Revert — one of the brilliant attributes or ideas of wiki is the ease of editing – by anyone. This also translates to being able to fix errors, including vandalism and / or spam – by switching back, or 'reverting' to a prior good version. In MediaWiki wikis, this means clicking on the 'undo' link in the articles' edit history.
