Encyc, located at Encyc.org, from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA, is a collaborative concise general interest encyclopedia, similar to the English Wikipedia. There are less rules on Encyc, and they encourage simplicity in language. The site has much less content and most articles are very brief.

There is also the original PMwiki version of Encyc here, but it cannot be edited.

In 2019, this site became a restricted wiki that does not allow editing or viewing of contents. However, as of May 2021, the wiki returned to a fully functional site, with all pages viewable and editable.
