Here at WikiIndex we are using StructuredData. One of the issues we came up against was the template that the data was in was rigid, it couldn't expand to more categories. So we decided to have one Wiki Topic per wiki, totally subjective by user and then additional categories and tags at the bottom of the page, which is normal for the Wiki Engine used at WikiIndex.
