Category:YourWikiTopic – this category is for wikis which are on a topic which isn't a topic category yet. Wikis will be automatically included in this category when 'YourWikiTopic' is entered (or not changed from the boilerplate) in the maintopic field of the main wiki template which produces the 'infobox' on the rendered wiki page entry here on WikiIndex.

Ideally, this category should be empty. As a general housekeeping task, we need to look through these wikis and decide what to do. In each case we can take one of the following actions:

• Identify a suitable category – maybe there is one, it was just missed before, or maybe it has been created since.
• Identify a wider scope category – topic categories can be quite general, so it may be that there is a more general (wider scoped) category – e.g. KayakWiki belongs in Category:Sport, even though it's not about sports, it's about one sport in particular.
• Create a new topic category – add a Suggested Category, and if it is suitable, we can go ahead and create it.

By doing this, we should aim to steadily reduce this list, although it also useful to add wikis to this list, in cases where a topic category needs to be identified.
