Redmine is a specific type of wiki engine created by Jean-Philippe Lang from France in 2006, [1] aimed at project management web applications. It is compiled using the Ruby on Rails framework, and is released for free as open source software under version 2 of the GNU General Public License (GPLv2). Its primary interface language is English, but supports many other languages, including French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Bulgarian, Korean, Norwegian, Swedish, Czech, Serbian, Lithuanian, Azerbaijanian, Vietnamese.
