FYI, there's another template—{{template|Cannot connect}}—which has the same purpose as {{template|Down}}. Whereas it doesn't add any text to the description, it does add the selected page to [[:Category:Cannot connect]]. It was created by [[User talk:Peu|Wolf Peuker]].
