do you know if there is any special page named Popular pages od Most visited pages on Wikademia? I cannot find it in the list of SpecialPages. Template:Down vs. Template:Cannot connect

FYI, there's another template — {{Cannot connect}} — which has the same purpose as {{Down}}. Whereas it doesn't add any text to the description, it does add the selected page to Category:Cannot connect. It was created by Wolf Peuker.
