: It's never too late! :-) Of course it'll be a big job to convert existing records from inactive to offline, but we could make a note on category inactive saying that template is deprecated and link to offline, and make a new offline template that's identical to inactive. You might want to put this on the [[Category:Proposals|Proposals]] page.
