Lewis James Cawte, born September 1996, who edits under the username Lcawte, is the ShoutWiki director and owner.[1] Cawte, from Brighton, England, UK, is one of two original directors of ShoutWiki Limited. He was first appointed 25 August 2015, and owns more than 75% of the company, with more than 75% voting rights.[1] His original fellow director, Richard Cook, resigned his directorship of ShoutWiki on 31 May 2017.[1]
Internally on ShoutWiki, Lcawte, is listed as their Chief Technical Officer.[2]
