Donkey Kong Wiki was an encyclopedia about the Donkey Kong series of games by Nintendo. It was forked from Wikia to an independent hosting in October 2010, following controversy regarding platform's mandatory change to the "Oasis" skin.
The wiki quickly fell into a state of dormancy, and largely remained inactive throughout the next few years. As plenty of content was in Super Mario Wiki's scope of coverage (and the wikis used to take parts from one another), the idea of a content merge was brought up by the hoster to a community consensus. Content was finally merged in November 2019 and the wiki shut down, with the domain serving to redirect to equivalent articles on Super Mario Wiki.
