Das AltmarkDSL.de-UserPortal ist ein Wiki für die Vernetzung der Altmark mit breitbandigen Internetanschlüssen. Die Altmark ist eine Region im Norden Sachsen-Anhalts, die aufgrund der dünnen Besiedlung der Altmark und der daraus folgenden wirtschaftlichen Unattraktivität für Telekommunikationsunternehmen schlecht an das Internet angebunden ist. Diese Wiki-Website soll als UserPortal der Bürgerinitiative AltmarkDSL.de die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Mitstreiter und Funk-DSL-Interessenten schaffen und der Selbsthilfe dienen.
