This template needs an option to disable linking to a non-existent article on the English Wikipedia. A specific example for this requirement is our Category:Constructed language. I would guess we have a couple more oddities which need the EN Wiki link disabling. Please feel free to dive in and make the required changes, or post any suggestions here if you are not confident with editing templates.
