Hello, Erwin — Welcome to WikiIndex :-)
WikiIndex aims to build bridges between wiki communities. We hope that you will enjoy browsing and editing this wiki.

Our goal is to make an index of all wiki sites. We appreciate your help in our ongoing quest.

Your contributions and your ideas are greatly valued. Thank you!

Hi Erwin, thanks for your interest in being a sysop here at WikiIndex. We don't make people sysops very often - so I would suggest just working here and participating - that is what most folks do :-) Best, MarkDilley

What you could do for WikiIndex[edit]

Hi Erwin, in case you're searching for a really good job on wikiindex, I suggest a visit to this huge project. Mark created this list some years ago, maybe some of these are closed or sold now. Wikis should get their own article containing at least the URL and the {{Add}} tag and should be removed from the list whereas non-wikis should only be removed. Sometimes I worked there, let's have a try. Best regards, Wolf | talk 17:50, 7 April 2010 (EDT)

When I tried to use the Template:Welcome today (at User talk:Dukester101), I ended up with 2 dates on the final page -- "6 April 2010" and "12 April 2010". That didn't look right to me. I couldn't figure out recent edits to the Welcome template, so I reverted it back to before your recent edits. Perhaps I just wasn't using it right -- if so, please revert my reversion, then clue me in, perhaps by improving the "Usage" tips on the Template:Welcome. As always, feel free to make improvements to that welcome page and any other wiki page. --DavidCary 22:57, 12 April 2010 (EDT)
